JA Alumni Leaders meet in Vienna

The arrival of fall means the only thing for us – another amazing National Coordinators Meeting! Dozens of charismatic leaders from all the Alumni member countries met for the fourth time in Vienna to develop ideas and present new vision and strategies which could boost our European network.

The NCM is the most important meeting for the Alumni national coordinators and right after arrivals all participants got a few minutes to present what’s been going on in their national network lately. They told what they consider as their biggest success and fail so all the others could learn something from their experiences.

The second day of this NCM belonged mainly to the European Board and the Communications Team, which prepared numbers of interesting workshops to help not only advanced counties but also to the applying ones to prepare them for a smooth start. Some other workshops covered the topics such as digital performance, core values of JA Alumni Europe but also the upcoming Global JA Alumni Europe Conference 2019 in Austria.

It’s always a pleasure spending those busy and intensive weekends with such a creative crowd as it makes everyone to leave inspired, with mind full of huge ideas and ready to spread them through the national network. See you all again in Vienna in spring 2018!
