How time has flown by since our last National Coordinators meeting in Spring. With recharged batteries after this year’s global conference in Vienna and a fully packed, exciting agenda we would love to see as many national board members as possible, gathering during the first weekend in November in Copenhagen.

This time around we will all be staying at Danhostel Copenhagen City, a hostel which located in the centere of Copanehagen -only a 9 minutes' walk from Tivoli Gardens and Copenhagen Central Station. It offers a café, bar and free use of tables in the lobby area for quick meetings. Every room is equipped with a private bathroom. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.



Every member nation of JA Alumni Europe has two spots available for attending the National Coordinators Meeting (NCM). If you require a third spot please us now in the “Comments” section. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our Events Manager Antonia.

Each nation can send two board members meaning the president and an additional member to the NCM. If you would like a third person of your national board to attend the NCM, please state your reasons in the registration form in “Comments”. The European Board will review the applications and announce the 3rd spots after the official registration deadline.

The registration ends 1st of October. You can only register by using the online form provided on this website.


They payment fee includes accommodation in a dorm bed from Friday to Sunday, breakfast, lunch and dinner during the official program.

Participation fee: €85,-

Pack warm, business casual clothes and don’t forget a jacket and sunglasses. Most importantly: make sure you feel comfortable!



By plane - If you arrive at Copenhagen Airport (Koebenhavns Lufthavn) take the train 029 in the direction Helsingør St. to Copenhagen Central Station (Københavns Hovedbanegård). From there it’s only a 9min walk to Danhostel Copenhagen City.

By train or bus - If you arrive by bus or train at Copenhagen Central Station (Københavns Hovedbanegård), it’s only a 9min walk to Danhostel Copenhagen City.


All the participants are accommodated in Danhostel Copenhagen City. The stay from November the 1st until November the 3rd in a shared dorm room is included in the participation fee. Extra nights at Danhostel Copenhagen City can be booked - please state your interest in the registration form, to recieve all the required information.
